Our “Order” module provides the ability to place and manage all transport orders in one platform with a “management by exception” philosophy. Carriers have free access, allowing for direct communication with them via automatic notifications and messages. If carriers prefer to work in their own portal, we provide a free API integration for them. With alpha-TMS, you get an unlimited number of APIs with carriers for free!
The order overview shows how the price is built up and what additional costs a carrier has charged, for example, waiting time. On the timeline of each order, it is always transparent and traceable when and what has been agreed or changed. There is also the option to upload documents for the order, such as a CMR, Dangerous Goods Document, or Proof of Delivery.
Relevant users receive email notifications (depending on personal settings) when something changes in an order. Because there is always consensus between the shipper and carrier about the order and costs, invoice control suddenly becomes very easy! If something goes wrong, it can be recorded neatly on the order. Performance can be easily analyzed via a download of all order data or our personal dashboard module.
